1) AKC Registration papers will be provided as long as puppy is paid for in full
2) Buyer fully warrants that for any reason this pup can not be kept, at any age, the dog must be returned to breeder
3) Buyer confirms that he/she is not acting as a broker or agent for for a pet store in the purchase of this pup.
Buyer confirms that this pup is being purchased as a family companion
4) Buyer agrees said puppy will spend allot of it time with the family, within a household environment.
5) And will not be kenneled,crated nor tethered.
6) Buyer agrees to provide proper nutrition, clean water ,exercise, love, health care ,and basic obedience training
7) Buyer agrees not to breed puppy/dog ever and shall take care against accidental breeding
8) Buyer understands this pup is sold on limited registration (no breeding)
9) Buyer agrees to allow seller to see said dog, if ever needed, to confirm the dog to be well taken care of
10) Buyer agrees that the seller has the right to reposes said pup/dog if the terms of this contract are not met Buyer pays all legal fees. if court action is needed to reposes said pup/dog
11) Buyer agrees to have the puppy microchip and that information enrolled with AKC and chip number sent to seller
12) Buyer agrees to send occasional pictures of dog to seller and keep in contact by phone or email to let seller know the dog is doing well.
13) Any law suit to come about over said dog all lawyer fees accured by seller will be paid for by buyer
14)All information on the buyer questionaire is a statement of facts and is part of this contract agreement

We at Visions Newfs have raised your puppy in a household environment with love and kindness.
Your puppy has been on a regular deworming program, been groomed and bathed and feed high quality dog food along with raw diet
We have observed and played with your pup extensively and feel your puppy is in perfect health. Your puppy has also been examined by my vet and received a clean bill of health..What we havent done is vacinated your puppy. With the many concernes about the risks of vacinations most people perfer not to vacinate. So we leave this choice up to you. initials_________________
It is important to understand the vet checks are limited due to puppies age (and cost). Some of the health issues are hidden in recessive genes, some are environmental, some are a combination of both. Newfs are fast growing, giant dogs........ things just don't always grow right..... You must , as with having a human child, be ready to accept the risk and responsibility of what may appear . The risk is the price all of us pay to own such a wonderful, deep souled dog.
We still offer the following guarantees
1) Sellers guarantees the dog for 2 years for severe, crippling hip dysplasia that makes the dog unable to fulfill his job as a pet and companion
2) Sellers guarantees the dog for 2 years for severe elbow dysplasia that makes the dog unable to fulfill his job as a companion
4) Seller guarantees the dog for severe heart condition for 2 years that makes the dog unable to fulfill his job as a pet and companion
5) Sellers guarantees the pup cysturnia free
in the event that hip or elbow dysplasia, or S.A.S. is found and be so severe that the pup will not have a quality companion/pet life and needs to be destroyed ( PUPPY MUST NOT BE DESTROYED WITH OUT SELLERS OPINION (sellers has the final say) buyer assumes all vet bills .
It is the breeders decision on weather to replace affected puppy or to give full or partial or NO refund
seller is not responsible for any vet bills for the above listed aliments. .(this includes but is not limited to X-rays ,surgeries,medicines ) Nor pain and suffering .
Since growth , environment, exercise (too much or to little) feed , things we try to control, and things only God has control of , affects the way the pup will grow and develop. Visions can not guarantee against illness, injury , mild to moderate dysphasia, or physical beauty , once it leaves seller.
Any vet bills or expenses once the puppy leaves the sellers ranch is solely the buyers responsibility. Puppy and reg papers must be returned to breeder for any consideration of refund
FOR ANY REASON YOU NO LONGER WANT OR CAN KEEP THE DOG .THE DOGS MUST BE RETURNED TO ME, WITH PAPERS AND I WILL REFUND A PRORATED PURCHASE PRICE MINUS REHOMEING COST
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LAWSUIT......................
